Indiagreet.com is the web address of Instagreet Ltd, a Cincinnati USA based company.
Indiagreet offers a wide selection of cookbooks by India's Best selling Cookbook author Nita Mehta. If you are living outside India and are fond of Indian cooking, these handy books are your best bet! Also, offered are books on self-help, gardening, home remedies, fengshui, beauty and health by SNAB Publishers and Nita Mehta Publications.
1. How should I order the books?
Simply browse through our pages and order using your credit card or by writing a check or money order. The steps to order are extremely user-friendly. However, if you do experience difficulties, please write to us at sales@indiagreet.com. We will respond to you within 24 hours.
2. What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
3. Will my credit card information be secure?
Absolutely. Your credit card information will be transmitted using the latest encryption technology. We will not save your credit card information or give it to any third party.
4. Do you accept checks?
Yes, we accept checks. Please note that all our prices are in US dollars (USD) so please check with us first in case you want to send a check in a different currency.
5. What are your shipping policies?
Indiagreet uses the United States Postal Service to mail books to all destinations in the world. Customers residing in the US have the option of receiving books via Priority or Standard shipping. Books will be shipped to our customers living outside the US by Standard shipping. Please click here to see the shipping rates to your country.

Although Instagreet, Ltd. attempts to help its customers with their delivery inquiries to the fullest extent possible, it is not responsible for delays or losses caused by the United States Postal Service.

In the case of an order with multiple books, where some books are in stock while others are not, the books in stock will be shipped first. The remaining books will be shipped as soon as their stocks are received by Instagreet, Ltd.

If the order is placed using a check or money order, the books will be shipped upon receipt of the check or money order.
6. What if the books I receive are damaged?
Although such cases are very rare, in the event you receive a book that is severely damaged during shipping, we will ship you a replacement copy.
7. How can I return a book I bought from you?
Within 15 days of receipt of your book(s), you may return them to Instagreet, Ltd., for any reason, for a full refund (we'll also refund the shipping cost if the return is a result of our error). 8. How will the books be shipped if my order consists of a mix of in-stock and out-of-stock books?
We will ship all in-stock books with in 5 business days of the receipt of the order. We shall inform you when the out-of-stock books come in and shall ship them separately. You will not be charged extra shipping for these.
9. What if I want to order a book that is not listed on your site?
Please write to us at sales@indiagreet.com with the name of the book and we shall try our best to get it for you.
